Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Return Window:

• You may return most new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made items
• Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear or improper care

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blessedhands.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.  If you would like a different item, you may return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
